HOW DOES CITY KID NY WORK?
City Kid NY is an in-home and virtual tutoring service for children ages 2 to grade 8. We offer private, 1:1 and group educational services on a range of subjects led by an elite group of teachers.
Our specialized team of educators are all hand selected by Jackie and Maggie, and are top teachers in their area of specialty! In addition to working with one of our amazing teachers, each client is given direct access to Jackie and Maggie, who will work hand-in-hand with you throughout your child’s education.
We begin with our own initial evaluation, which will provide you with detailed information on your child’s strengths and areas of need, as well as their learning style. We use this data to create a report outlining our findings and recommendations, which we will share with you.
Additionally, we use the results from this assessment to create an individualized tutoring plan for your child and to match them with a tutor from our team who is the best fit to support them!
Our tutors guide students through an individualized schedule of engaging work to ensure growth toward their selected goals. We believe in making all of our lessons fun and interactive to ensure that our learners look forward to their sessions and have an overall positive outlook on learning.
